Our Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy at Customaly is straightforward and hassle-free. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time – no fine print, no hoops, just a simple process.

Once you cancel:

– Your billing will stop immediately, and you won’t be charged again.

– You will receive a confirmation email stating the date of cancellation.

– You will continue to have access to our services until the end of your subscription period.

How to Cancel:

If you decide to cancel, we’d love to hear your feedback on how we can improve our offerings and services. You can always reach out to us at contact@customaly.com, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to your “Account” section.
  2. Log in and navigate to your subscription details.
  3. Click on “View” to access the subscription overview page.
  4. On the overview page, click on “Cancel Subscription.”
  5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete the cancellation. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation (if you don’t receive it, please contact us!).

Refund Policy:

As we pay our designers a share as soon as your card is charged, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads. However, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, you will continue to have full unrestricted access until the end of that period.

Please Note:

While you can always reach out to us via email for any inquiries, we kindly ask that you do not use email for cancellations. Emails may not be processed in time to prevent your next charge. To ensure a smooth cancellation experience, please follow the steps outlined in the “How to Cancel” section above. It is the easiest and most instant way to cancel your subscription.
